's third lander to Mars , and successfully landed and sent data which proved water is exist on Mars. However, it died few days ago because it landed on norther region of Mars, which lack of sun light during the winter. The few hours of daylight aren't enough to recharge the batteries.People who designed and built the Phoenix are happy about successful mission but meanwhile sad to heard their robotic is died.

  1. Hi ..
nice summary, i did not read about the Planets for a while. A good subject to listen to.
SO what I concluded that the Phoenix requires a sun and special weather to stay alive.
As we know, each robot has special responsibilities, But what kind of information did the Phoenix provide?

I couldn`t find the link ..i dont know why >?
    thank you

  2. The link is missing the "t" in template - that's why AD was having problems.

Could you go in and edit this post and put the idea of this sentence in your own words?
"The few hours of daylight aren't enough to recharge the batteries." I noticed that these words are on the NPR page - if you want to use this sentence, then you'll need to use quotations.

Overall, I think your summary is good, but I'd like to know more about what you think of this story.
